Big Plan Holdings ("BPH") / BPH Legacy Partners ("BPHLP") acquired two single tenant long-term leased locations to Ascend Wellness Holdings ("AWH"), one of the country's largest MSO's (multi-state operators) in the cannabis industry. The Franklin, NJ property was acquired on the cusp of the state's movement from medical-only to medical and adult-use (recreational). Big Plan Holdings and Ascend Wellness Holdings have entered a long-term lease as AWH intends to use the building for office space and leverage the parking lot for overflow parking for their approximate 200,000 sq. feet of cultivation and processing facilities directly across the street. The Monaca, PA property was acquired in 2023 and will be a dispensary operated by AWH in 2024.
