Company Behind 405 Broadway Project Purchases Commercial Property in 12 South Neighborhood

The new owners of an undeveloped lot on Broadway announced Tuesday their purchase of a commercial building in Nashville's 12 South neighborhood.

The $3 million building at 1204 Elmwood Avenue will serve as the corporate office for Nashville-based Big Plan Holdings, which purchased the $9.4 million 405 Broadway property in October with plans to build a multi-story music and entertainment business there.

Josh Joseph founded Big Plan Holdings and runs the family holding company with his wife, Tara, and two daughters.

They plan to transform the 5,000-square-foot Elmwood Avenue building into a central hub for the family's several businesses and investments, including:

It will also serve as a satellite office for Chicago-based Frontline Real Estate Partners, where Josh Joseph is a principal.
